If an order you placed did not arrive:

  1. Contact the supplier immediately. If the delivery is delayed or the date is rescheduled, and you agree to the change, you do not have to do anything in the Zeemart app.
  2. Cancel the order. If the supplier is unable to follow up with the missed delivery, you may choose to cancel the order.

Note: You can only cancel an order that you have created,
