You can only cancel orders created by you. The order must have one of the following statuses: Pending Approval or Placed.

1) iOS, Android

a) Standard Method

To cancel an order that is Pending Approval:

    1. From the Orders tab, scroll down to the list of ‘orders pending’.

   2. Select an order that’s Pending Approval to cancel.

   3. Tap on the ‘•••’ button at top right corner of the page.

   4. Select ‘Cancel order’.

   5. Choose or type a reason for cancelling.

   6. Select ‘Confirm cancellation’.

To cancel an order that have been Placed:

   1. From the Orders tab, tap on ‘View orders’.


   2. Select an order to cancel.


   3. Tap on the ‘•••’ button at top right corner of the page.


   4. Select ‘Cancel order’.


   5. Choose or type a reason for cancelling.

   6. Select ‘Confirm cancellation’.

b) Nifty Shortcut

Helpful Shortcut for Android and iOS.

Android

  1. Tap on the 'View orders' tab at the top.

   2. Swipe all the way left on the order you wish to cancel. 

iOS

  1. Tap on the 'View orders' tab at the top.

   2. Swipe left on the order you wish to cancel and tap on 'Cancel order'.

2) Buyer Hub

1. Once you login to the Buyer Hub, go to the Orders tab on the left.

2. Choose the order that you want to cancel by clicking on it.

3. At the order details page, click on Cancel Order at the bottom left of the screen.

4. Give a reason for cancellation by choosing any of the pre-defined reasons, or provide any other reasons in the free text field.

5. Click on the Confirm Cancellation button to proceed with the cancellation of the order. You can also select the checkbox, "Create repeat order" in order to place a new order from the order being cancelled.
