To create a new order from scratch: 

1. From the Orders tab, tap on ‘New order’. You will see your list of suppliers.

  • If you have more than one outlet, you can change the outlet you are ordering for by tapping on the outlet name (dropdown menu) at the top of the page. 

2. Tap on a supplier. You will see a list of SKUs available for ordering.

3. Tap on ‘Add to order’ to add the item to your order. Then edit the desired quantity of the item.

  • To view additional details of an SKU, tap on the ‘i’ icon below the SKU name.

4. When you have finished adding SKUs to order, tap ‘Done’.

a) Make any changes necessary, eg. changing delivery date, SKU quantity.

  • If you need to add more products to the order, tap on ‘+ Add more SKUs to this order’ button just below the list of items you are ordering.
  • To add extra notes to your supplier, type in your message into the "Add special request" free text field.
  • Click on "Promo code" to enter your promotional code if you have one for the current order.

b) When you are ready to place the order, check the estimated amount of your order at the bottom of the page, and then tap ‘Place order’.

  • If you see the message “Supplier requires min. order of $XX.XX”, it means that you need to add more SKUs or increase quantities of your order to proceed. 

c) After submitting the order, you should see a confirmation message which will be sent to the email address on your account as well. You can see your pending orders on the “View orders” tab.

2) Buyer Hub

To create a new order from scratch:

1. Once you login to the Buyer Hub, go to the Orders tab on the left.

2. Click on the blue button labelled "New order" on the top right corner, and then select "New order" from the drop-down list.


3. Select the Supplier you wish to order from. You can also use the "Search suppliers" field to find your desired supplier.

  • If you have more than one outlet, you can change the outlet you are ordering for by tapping on the outlet name (dropdown menu) at the top of the page. 

4. Select the SKU you want to order either by scrolling through the list of SKUs or use the search field, "SKU name". 


5. Choose your order quantity by clicking on "Add to order", then click the "+-" icon or type the required quantity into the number field.


6. Click on "Review order" to go to the next page.


7. At the Review order page, you can change the order date, SKU quantity, and even add or remove SKU.


8. Click on "Optional - Add special request or delivery/billing instruction" to add extra notes to your supplier.

  • Click on "Promo code" to enter your promotional code if you have one for the current order.

9. Click on "Place order" to proceed with the order or if you are not ready, click "Save as draft" to go back to the same order at a later date.


10. Once you have placed your order, you will end up on this page. You can either go back to the order page or place a new order by clicking on the buttons below.
