Placing the order

1. Go to Orders. Click on New weekly order button at the top.

2. You will see a screen like shown below. A default outlet will be already selected. Double check the delivery week (the part highlighted in yellow).

3. Download the template. The template is an Excel file containing all SKUs you can order from all your suppliers, for the selected outlet. Choose either a basic template or a template pre-filled with quantity you ordered recently. (We recommend you to download the template every time you place an order to ensure the most recent list of SKUs is included in the template.)

4. Fill in the Excel file with the quantity you would like to order, then upload it (Step 2 in the screen above).

5. Click Upload & review order.

6. You file will be checked for errors. If there are problems found, the next screen will tell you what needs to be fixed. Fix the problems in the Excel template itself, then click Reupload to upload the file again.

7. If there are no errors, you will see a broken-down summary of orders in this bulk order. If you need to edit your order, do it in the Excel template itself, then click Reupload (at the bottom of the page).

8. If there are no more changes, click Place order now.

9. You will see the orders as individual orders in both the desktop Buyer Hub and the mobile app.
