The supplier is sent an email and/or a text SMS with the order information.

Go into the order details in your app and you will see if all notifications have been sent. Tap on the order status to see where the message was sent as well as the details of the order activity.

Sometimes, the email might land in spam/junk mail. If this is the case, please request your supplier to whitelist

Were we have not been given the email address or mobile number for a specific supplier salesperson, we send the automated email to their customer service/ admin email.

You could ask them to look for an email from "Zeemart"

Subject Header: (Order#) - New order from (Buyer Company)"
