If the placed order was correct but the wrong product came - please indicate the wrong item on the delivery invoice and inform the delivery man. Do contact the supplier for follow up arrangements.

If it was ordered wrongly by accident, please also follow up with the supplier for exchange procedure or other arrangements.

If you are doing order receiving (GRN) using the Zeemart app, you can also send an automated email message to notify them of incomplete/wrong deliveries like this.
