At the start, we had a very simple approach to product categories - Food or Trading, However, as we made improvements to our app and added new reports we realized that we needed more detailed category information. So we started to implement a category system with minimum 2 if not 3 levels.

If a product is classified under "TBD" in your report, it shows that either we are still working on assigning categories or we are unable to assign a specific category to the product.
