1) What is a List in the inventory section?

A list is a group of items that you can group for your stock count.

For example,

  1. Chef Jeff may be putting all his items that he has in his restaurants into one list and only use that list alone for all his weekly stock count to keep track of his inventory.
  2. Chef John on the other would like to group his inventory by beverage and food, and grouped his list into the Beverage list and Food list to contain all his beverage ingredients in one list and food ingredients in another.
  3. Chef Tess likes her inventory to be segmented by the sections in her restaurants. In this case, her list may be called Kitchen List, Bar List, Front-of-house List, and Store Room list.
