1) Adding items to an existing list

1.  Click on Inventory in the side navigation bar.


2. Select an outlet, then click on the "Lists" tab below your outlet name at the top of the page to display the inventory lists.


3. Click on a list and it will display the items grouped in it.


4. Click on the "+ Add SKU" button on the right side of the page and you will see a list of items from your suppliers.

5. Select the items you would want to add to the list by using the search field or from the list below.

  • You can filter your items by clicking on the "All suppliers" button for a dropdown list of your suppliers.


6. You can then specify your Inventory Unit of Measurement (UOM) by choosing from the dropdown list under the "Inventory UOM" column.

  • When selecting your inventory UOM, you have to do a conversion rate based on the item’s order UOM to your preferred inventory UOM.
  • If you choose to do your stock count with your order UOM as your inventory UOM, you do not need to do any conversion.

7. Once you are done, click on the "Done" button to add the items to your list.


2) Removing items from an existing list

To delete item individually:

1. In Inventory, click on an outlet.

2. Select a list.

3. Click the Actions dropdown button on the right of the item.

4. Select “Remove from list”.


To delete multiple items:

1. In Inventory, click on an outlet.

2. Select a list.

3. Check the boxes next to the items you want to delete.

4. Select “Remove from list”.

Note: Items that are not linked to any other lists will be completely removed from inventory in the SKU tab when deleted from a list.
