You can do a stock count using the Zeemart mobile app or the Buyer Hub desktop panel. 

  • Tip: We recommend doing stock count when your store is closed so that no items are counted twice, or sold after they have been counted.

iOS/Android

  1. Go to More > Inventory.
  2. Check that you are viewing inventory lists for the correct outlet. If you need to switch to another outlet, tap on the outlet name at the top of the screen.
  3. There are two ways to start a stock count: (a) Tap the Count button next to the name of the list, or (b) Tap the list name, then tap the Start stock count button at the bottom.
  4. Tap the quantity field or use the (-) and (+) buttons to enter the amount of stock you have left for each item.
  5. Every item in the list must be counted. If you have completed entering the information for all the items, the Save stock count button at the bottom will turn green.
  6. If you counted items you received on the day (eg. after closing), ensure the "This count includes items received today" toggle is turned ON.
  7. Press Save stock count.

Desktop

  1. Click Inventory on the side navigation.
  2. Select an outlet.
  3. Select New stock count at the top of the page.
  4. Select the inventory list to use for the count. If you are counting items you received on the day (eg. after closing), ensure the "This count includes items received today" checkbox is selected.
  5. Click Start stock count.
  6. Enter the amount of stock you have left for each item.
  7. Every item in the list must be counted. If you have completed entering the information for all the items, click the Save button.
