Bank Transfer / PayNow

Steps needed for Bank Transfer and PayNow are similar.

  1. After creating an order, your order will be in Pending Payment status (see image above).
  2. Tap Pay, then select either Bank transfer or PayNow. Note that payments using these methods are only accepted up till 1 hour before the order's cutoff time.
  3. Make payment according to the details that appear on the Bank transfer or PayNow screens. Ensure that you include the order number when making payment so we can easily identify your payment. You also need to take a screenshot of the proof of payment.
  4. After making the payment, let us know by selecting I have transferred in the Bank transfer or PayNow screens. Your payment will only be verified after you have done this.
  5. Upload a proof of payment and Submit.
  6. Your order will be sent to the supplier after we have successfully verified your payment. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed.

NOTE:
Please note that your orders will only be processed only after successful payment.

Credit Card

  1. After creating an order, your order will be in Pending Payment status (see image above).
  2. Tap Pay, then select either Credit/debit card.
  3. If we do not have your card in file, tap Add new.
  4. If your card is already saved, simply tap the Pay button to settle this transaction.
  5. If the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.
