From the Account tab in the Zeemart Supplier app, tap Help to access the Help Centre.

Two options are available here:

  1. Help - Browse our Support articles

  2. Ask Zeemart - Chat with our support team

Selecting Help opens the self-help support articles:

Whereas selecting Ask Zeemart opens the live chat option (Note: Chat support is available Monday to Fridays, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except holidays)
