For additional security, you can enable biometric authentication on the Zeemart app. When enabled, you must use fingerprint or face unlock (such as Touch ID or Face ID) to unlock Zeemart.
Enable biometric authentication
Make sure you have enabled fingerprint or face unlock on your phone. This is required before you can use it for the Zeemart app.
In the Zeemart app, go to More > Password & security and then enable Require Touch ID/Face ID to unlock app (iOS).
Disable biometric authentication
In the Zeemart app, go to More > Password & security.
Turn off Require Touch ID/Face ID to unlock app (iOS).
If you can't unlock using fingerprint or face unlock
You can use your device's passcode to unlock.
If your passcode fails to unlock, you may uninstall and reinstall the app to log in using your email and password.
